These lightweight Biothane collars feature a black breakaway buckle - the only buckle recommended for cats to keep them safe when they get into tricky situations. These buckles will release when pressure is applied to them. This means these collars are NOT to be attached to a leash.

However, we do include a d-ring for hanging a tag or bell. If you do not need a ring, please let us know.
